Prom and homecoming bring together several moving parts: photographs, dinner, the school venue and a ride home. Tally Transportation helps Cleveland families organize those stops as one private itinerary, rather than leaving students to arrange separate rides at the end of the evening. Share the school, event date and suburb when you request your ride so we can review the route.
Parents can make the booking request and provide pickup and drop-off details directly. Include a parent contact, the names or locations of additional pickups, and the time students need to arrive. Planning the return at the same time helps everyone know where the group will meet after the event and which address is the final destination.

The Right Group Size
Choose from our existing fleet: Luxury Sedan (up to 4 passengers), GMC Yukon Denali (up to 6 passengers), Executive Sprinter (10–15 passengers), Mini Coach (20–25 passengers). Tell us the actual passenger count so we can confirm an appropriate vehicle.
An All-Inclusive Quote
Your price is confirmed before the ride. List dinner, photographs, additional pickups and the return journey up front so the quote reflects the evening you are planning.
For students, families and shared celebrations.
This service suits a couple arriving together, a small group of friends, or a larger homecoming party traveling from Cleveland suburbs. Vehicle choice should reflect the whole itinerary, not just the entrance photograph. Share any bags or other items you plan to carry, and ask about space before choosing a vehicle.
For a group booking, appoint one adult contact to collect addresses and agree on the schedule. Confirm the school's arrival and departure rules independently, then send us the designated meeting location. If students finish at different times, discuss separate drop-offs before the ride rather than assuming an extra stop can be added that night.
How to request your prom ride.
Use the two-step booking request form to send your trip details, passenger count, vehicle preference and contact information. This is a request, not an instant reservation. Our team confirms availability and an all-inclusive price by phone or email. You can also call (330) 999-9995 or send the trip details on WhatsApp during our daily hours, 8 AM to midnight, seven days a week.
Select Prom / School Event, enter the pickup and destination, and add photo or dinner stops in Notes. Use the round-trip fields for the return date and time. If the celebration finishes after midnight, ask our team about the itinerary before making plans; our daily operating hours do not imply an automatic late-night reservation.

Before your ride.
Can a parent book for the students?
Yes. A parent can submit the request with their contact details, the student group's passenger count and the complete pickup/drop-off plan. Include the adult contact we should call to confirm the ride and price.
Can we stop for prom photographs or dinner?
Include each stop and the time needed in your request. We will review the itinerary and confirm the quote, rather than treating additional stops as automatically included.
Which vehicle is right for our group?
Check the fleet page for our sedan, GMC Yukon Denali, Executive Sprinter and Mini Coach options. Share your passenger count and any belongings; our team can recommend an appropriate vehicle.
Is the return ride automatically booked?
No. Request a round trip and enter the return date and time. Both journeys and the final drop-off details need to be included in the team's confirmation.
